Cancellations and Refunds
For paying attendees, a full refund for the amount paid less a 25% administration fee will be processed upon receipt of written cancellation notice to PrioNet Canada, postmarked or received by fax (604-222-3606) or e-mail to shaney[at]prionetcanada.ca no later than midnight (12:00 a.m. PST) on Wednesday, February 24, 2010. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after February 24, 2009; however, substitutions may be accepted.
