Traditional (single/double) $163 + taxes
Deluxe City (single/double) $183 + taxes
Taxes are 5% room tax, 3% Destination Marketing Fee, and 5% Goods and Services Tax. A credit card will be required at check-in. Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is noon.
Reservations in the conference block are accepted on a first-come first-served basis.

Deadlines
The deadline to book hotel rooms is midnight E.S.T. on Monday, February 1, 2009. After this date, the block of rooms will be released for general sale and neither the Westin Ottawa nor the conference organizers guarantee space.
* IMPORTANT!
• PrioNet Nominees or Prion Institute Students do not need to reserve their own hotel rooms as these rooms are being paid for and coordinated centrally by PrioNet/Prion Institute.
• PrioNet/Prion Institute Members must make their own hotel reservations using the Traditional Room category. A credit card will be required upon booking, but hotel rooms will be billed directly to PrioNet/Prion Institute.
• PrioNet/Prion Institute will only pay for hotel rooms charges, at its discretion, for the nights required for your participation in the conference (e.g: Members: arrival March 8, depart March 11 with some exceptions; OR, SYPA Day attendees: arrival March 7, depart March 11).
