Travel Policies - PrioNet and Prion Institute Members ONLY

PrioNet Canada

Travel and hotel costs will be covered for:

• PrioNet Full Scientific Members (click here for the listing of Full Scientific Members)
• Two nominees (students, research associates, post-doctoral fellows, etc.) per PrioNet Full Scientific Member
• PrioNet Board of Directors, Research Management or Scientific Advisory Committee Members, and the SYPA Executive Council Committee Members

In order to be reimbursed by PrioNet for eligible expenses, you will be required to submit a Travel Expense Claim Form (below) accompanied by itemized, original receipts. Nominees will be required to share rooms unless otherwise requested and authorized.  

Please note: Registration rates for PrioNet Scientific Members are $195 for the entire conference and nominees are $95. Payments are processed by credit card using the on-line registration system. Attendance for nominees at SYPA Day is free.
